Where does LMNT ship?

We ship to the United States and Canada from drinkLMNT.com.

When can I expect to receive my LMNT order?

Typically, we fulfill LMNT orders within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping is usually 3-5 business days unless otherwise indicated at checkout (typically extended during peak holiday seasons). Standard international shipping to Canada is usually 8-15 business days.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If you notice an error on your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us via chat (available 9am-3pm EST, Monday - Friday) or email us at hello@drinkLMNT.com with “Urgent - Address change” in the subject line. We will help you out. (No need to email multiple times–even if the order ships out to the original address used. We’ve got your back.)

How do I track my LMNT order?

You will automatically receive a tracking link by email when your order ships from our warehouse. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. It will be emailed to the email address you provided when making your order. If you cannot find any notification emails in your regular inbox, we recommend checking for an overzealous spam filter before reaching out to hello@drinkLMNT.com or contacting us via chat (available 9am-3pm EST, Monday - Friday).

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping in the domestic US is free. International orders to Canada over US$100 ship for free, excluding applicable duties & taxes which will be calculated in your cart.

How many packs of LMNT can I drink per day?

Determining how many packets to consume daily is quite dependent on the individual. First, it’s important to note that LMNT is meant to supplement your electrolyte intake - it should not be your sole source of electrolytes in a day. Although there is no one-size-fits-all approach, the clinical data demonstrates targeting 4-6g of sodium, 1-3g of potassium, and 250-500mg of magnesium throughout the day from various sources, ideally from predominantly whole foods. We hear that many folks find 1-2 packets per day to be optimal, often depending on their activity level. Others use more.

When should I drink LMNT?

LMNT is great to use in a variety of situations - we receive feedback across quite a broad spectrum in that regard.

So here's the short answer: The most common usage is first thing in the morning, and about 30 mins prior to a workout, high-intensity activity, or when mental clarity is at a premium. A good thing to remember is when it comes to replacing lost electrolytes–preparing ahead of time is much better than chasing them afterward.

We certainly encourage folks to test out what works best for them, and to let us know–we are always eager for feedback!

What is the source of your citric acid?

Our citric acid is manufactured by a submerged fermentation process which employs a strain of the micro-organism aspergillus niger to convert a dextrose carbohydrate substrate into citric acid. Aspergillus Niger is a ubiquitous, non-GMO, and non-pathogenic organism. The citric acid we use is rigorously tested and does not contain corn. You can read more about citric acid here.

Is LMNT only for people on a low-carb or keto diet?

Nope! We created LMNT to provide the best electrolyte drink mix ever. While our product is naturally low-carb and keto-friendly, LMNT is formulated so anyone can meet their electrolyte needs without adding unhealthy ingredients to their diet.

What is your refund policy?

Subscriptions

How do LMNT subscriptions work?

To create a subscription, select “Subscribe & Save” instead of “One Time Purchase” when adding LMNT to your cart. Subscriptions will renew every month by default. You may pause, cancel, or change the frequency of your subscription at any time by logging into your account here.

Do I have to sign up for a subscription?

No, you can select “One Time Purchase” when adding LMNT to your cart.

How do I change the flavor in my subscription?

Step 1: Log into your account, and go to "Manage my subscriptions"

Step 2: Pause the current flavor.

Step 3: Click "Add product"

Step 4: Select your flavor, desired quantity, shipping frequency, shipping address and when you'd like the next order to occur. Complete the process by clicking "Add product".

I can’t login to my account to access my subscription.

Can I modify the frequency of my subscription?

Yes, you can modify the frequency with which your subscription renews by logging into your account and clicking “EDIT” next to the line “Ships every 1 Month.”

We do not offer coupons or do holiday sales, because our INSIDER Bundle and subscriptions are available year-round.

We don’t have a set schedule for flavor launches. We recommend you follow @drinkLMNT on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, or subscribe to our emails so you’re the first to know when we announce new flavors.
